Getting the Pokemap Icons Back (On PC, Android & IOS)

How to have the Pokemon map icons back

https://montrealpokemap.com

The instructions are a bit difficult for people that don't know what they're doing, so here's my step-by-step:

Got it for desktop (Chrome):

1. Open MontrealPokeMap.com

Hit Ctril+Shift+I (half the screen will show developer-y stuff, half will show the pokemap)

At the top, go to the "console" tab

Paste in the following:

javascript:for(i=1;i<2000;i++){localStorage.setItem('icon'+i,'https://pkmref.com/images/set_1/'+i+'.png');}

Click enter, and a line will appear below the javascript-y stuff that you pasted

Refresh the page, and you'll see the icons back.

Close the developer-y stuff with the X on the top right (or close the whole page)

Continue with the rest of your day

Or:

Type - javascrip: in the address line and then paste the following:

for(i=1;i<2000;i++){localStorage.setItem('icon'+i,'https://pkmref.com/images/set_1/'+i+'.png');}

To create the following line:

javascript:for(i=1;i<2000;i++){localStorage.setItem('icon'+i,'https://pkmref.com/images/set_1/'+i+'.png');}

Then click enter and then refresh the page

With Android:

Open MontrealPokeMap.com

Add it as a new bookmark and save it as is. Don't edit it yet.

Open your bookmark list (the icon looks like a book at the bottom)

Click on the menu icon (looks like 3 dots) at the top right corner of screen, then click “Edit”

The bookmark list will appear with a box before each bookmark, click on the MontrealPokeMap bookmark, then click on the menu (3 dots) icon again. Click “Edit bookmark”

At the second field “Web address”, completely replace the field with this code (it won't have the original link anymore)

javascript:for(i=1;i<2000;i++) {localStorage.setItem('icon'+i,'https://pkmref.com/images/set_1/'+i+'.png');}

Click “Save”

Go back to your web browser for MontrealPokeMap.com

Click on your new bookmark link while you're still on MontrealPokeMap.com, but don't expect anything to happen yet.

Refresh MontrealPokeMap.com, now the pokemon icons will appear.

Now save this webpage as your new bookmark again

With iOS:

1. Open MontrealPokeMap.com

Add it as a new bookmark even if you already the site bookmarked and save it as is. Don't edit it yet.

Open your bookmark list (the icon looks like a book)

Navigate to your bookmark, and click Edit on the bottom right.

tap on your new bookmark, and completely replace the 2nd field with this code (it won't have the original link anymore)

javascript:for(i=1;i<2000;i++){localStorage.setItem('icon'+i,'https://pkmref.com/images/set_1/'+i+'.png');}

Open MontrealPokeMap.com

Click on your new bookmark link while you're still you're on MontrealPokeMap.com, but don't expect anything to happen yet.

Refresh MontrealPokeMap.com

  2. "comment-content">GO nycpokemap Map lets you hunt Pokémon in a much more practical way, as it provides all the locations where they can be captured in the vicinity of your location. With the site, it's much easier to know exactly where to go. To use it, simply access the website and activate your location.
